Unlike Reiki, this modality follows a structured process of energetic infusion, allowing focused attention at each energy center before moving to the next.

The session concludes with grounding and time for reflection.

Your session begins with an intuitive aura reading, followed by a conversation about the emotional and energetic intentions you would like to explore.

I then work through the seven main chakras using their traditionally associated colors, focused intention, and personalized affirmations.

You are invited to participate by speaking affirmations aloud, creating an opportunity to connect with the qualities you wish to strengthen within yourself.
